Just a quick note. I got in late last night, and I'm tired today. Flights went reasonably well, and I guess they were successful since everyone on board is still alive. Good to be home!
In the middle of the night, Grace woke up and realized I was there. She said, "Mommy, wake up! Daddy's here!" Then she wanted to watch cartoons (to celebrate?), but we went back to sleep.

My happy place in all this is my DH is a year older & for 34 days, he's 2 years older. so one day, far, far away, i'll be 38 & he'll be 40!
